THOR quickly deploys from its staged, down, position, to an unsurpassed height of approximately 27 feet (depending on host vehicle height) in less than a minute, with no preparation of any kind. The THOR system is the newest and most advanced offering in the decades-long history of elevated tactics innovations, which began in 1997 when an FBI SWAT operator coined the term "elevated tactics" and designed the first ever system on the back of a bar napkin. The THOR System's Simple Design
The THOR system incorporates design features which greatly simplify its operation over our competitors' complicated, cumbersome, and problem-prone concepts. Our self-deploying Front Platform pushes outward as the THOR stairway actuates, then rises, with the Platform and all the Stair Steps remaining parallel to the ground at all times. This simple mechanical operation also deploys the handrails for both the Stairway and the Front Platform. Nothing to setup, nothing to fasten, nothing to fix, so if you want simplicity, and strength, the THOR is your only choice.
One Button, One Set of Actuators
The THOR system relies on two concealed, strong, horizontally-positioned hydraulic cylinders, which activate the deployment of the entire System: Stairs, Handrails, Front Platform, and Front Handrails. They all operate in unison, with simple levers, and without all the weak, complicated minutiae our competitors regret they rely on.

4-Bar Extension Stairway*...
THOR's 4-Bar Extension Stairway* can be used to increase the overall reach of the THOR system to approximately 11 meters (36 feet), with an articulating ramp that will louver into a variable-angle stairway simply by raising the lever and angling the stair to the desired pitch. The Stairway latches in place to the Front Platform Accessory Bar, and releases with the click of a lever. (*Patent Pending)

If additional forward reach is needed, the THOR 4-Bar Extension Stairway doubles as a horizontal or low-pitch Ramp to bridge a gap of up to 2 meters from the Front Platform to your target destination.
THOR's Rope Insertion Strategic Entry (RISE)* is designed to insert a team, three operators at the same time, over a perimeter barrier, fence, or wall, via rappelling or fast-roping, providing the utmost in speed and surprise, when other methods of breaching a compound are unsafe. (*Patent Pending)

Ballistic Overwatch Shield & Screen (BOSS)*
8 Meter High Sniper Team Protection
THOR's Ballistic Overwatch Shield & Screen* is an NIJ Level IV protective cocoon large enough for a sniper/observer team to lay prone, sit, or kneel, while offering protection from rifle threats on three sides and below, with sight-obscuring netting above and on all sides. (*Patent Pending)
THOR's wireless Computer Controller Application (CCA) enables precise deployment of the Stairway to a pre-programed desired height, or a preset target designation, such as a particular aircraft door height, at the touch of an on-screen icon.
